Once upon a time in a little old place called Manchester, Carl Stafford left school at the age of 16 with one thing on his mind, to folllow many other members of his family into the building game.

Serving his time as a joiner, he had bigger dreams than a lot of his fellow apprentices who he rubbed shoulders with around the building sites of Manchester.
After earning his stripes and serving under a number a different building contractors, Carl decided the time was right to build his own company.

After meeting his beautiful wife Natalie, the couple set down roots in Hartford, Cheshire. 2 kids later and the company is starting to grow.

The economic downturn between 2008 and 2013 is a tough time for all companies, Carl keeps the company running despite the great financial obstacles in his way.

Bouncing back from the great recession, Carl accelerates the growth and ramps up the productivity for Carl Stafford Builders once again. New build houses are popping up everywhere, self build projects for people who have secured a nice plot of land, is becoming a favourite pastime now.

The team is consistently growing and a new base is required. The obvious location, close to home in Hartford, on a small industrial estate. The offices boast a meeting room to present plans and develop the strategy for how the construction process will work and a rather nice coffee machine.
